You will provide high-quality optometric examinations, utilize current theory and technology, support medical and referral care, build lasting Doctor/Patient relationships, and guide staff to deliver unsurpassed patient service.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid Organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality optometric care in collaboration with the MOD and store team.
• Manage KPI performance and accountability in patient care.
• Ensure LensCrafters is recognized as a medical eyecare provider in the community.
• Support medical practice, referral care, and pre/post-op surgical support where applicable.
• Provide patient-centered service and optimize the service process steps.
