Job summary

LensCrafters in Stroudsburg is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care, deliver the brand promise, and collaborate with the MOD, SMM and store team to achieve key results. You will ensure patients receive the highest quality Optometric care and support medical practice, referral care, and pre/post-op surgical support when applicable.

This role emphasizes KPI management, patient service, and building Doctor/Patient relationships while maintaining state licensure and continuing

Qualifications

• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Problem solving ability.
