Acuity Eyecare group is seeking a full-time optometrist to conduct comprehensive eye exams and manage patient health histories. You will educate patients on eyewear options and maintain strong patient relationships while supporting practice growth.

The role involves prescribing glasses, contacts, medications, and performing postoperative care when needed, with emphasis on patient education and high-quality eye care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry from an approved program.
• Must have passed all optometric state boards.
• Ability to educate patients on eyecare and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eye exams and determine patient health and ocular history.
• Serve as contact for patient education and options for remediation.
• Prescribe glasses, contacts, and medications as appropriate.
• Provide pre- and postoperative care after eye surgery.
• Promote eye health and refer to other providers when needed.
