AEG Vision is seeking a qualified optometrist to conduct comprehensive eye exams at Acuity Eyecare group, educate patients, and support practice growth. You will build lasting patient relationships, assess ocular health, and prescribe glasses, contacts, and medications as needed.

Competenze

• Doctorate of Optometry from a credentialed institution.
• Must have passed all optometric state boards.

Mansioni

• Establish long term patient relationships through proper patient care and education.
• Performs verbal interview with patient prior to examination to determine health and ocular history, medical issues, reasons for visit and their visual wants and needs.
• Instructs, recommends and advises patients on options for remediation of ametropias and ocular diseases; hand-off to support staff with recap discussion.
• Perform vision tests and analyze results; diagnose sight problems and eye diseases.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications; promote eye health through counseling.
