Job summary

AEG Vision is hiring a licensed optometrist to perform comprehensive eye exams, assess ocular health, and educate patients for optimal vision care. This full-time role emphasizes patient relationships and outcomes within Acuity Eyecare Group practices.

You will conduct vision tests, diagnose eye conditions, and prescribe eyewear, contact lenses, and medications, while offering pre- and postoperative care when needed. Hospital affiliations optional; on-site support provided.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry from a credentialed institution.
• Must have passed all optometric state boards

Responsibilities

• Conduct eye exams and assess ocular health.
• Establish long-term patient relationships through care and education.
• Perform vision tests and analyze results.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications.
• Provide pre- and postoperative care for eye surgery.
