Qualifikationen

• OD degree from an ACOE-accredited program.
• Current, active, unrestricted optometry license in the U.S. (state/territory/DC/PR).
• Completion of a one-year residency or one year of professional optometry experience within past 24 months.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Electronic health record proficiency and fluent English communication.
• Ability to meet IHS credentialing, privileging, employee-health, and background requirements.
