Acuity Eyecare Group is seeking a licensed optometrist to conduct comprehensive eye exams and advance patient education while practicing at the full scope of their license.

You will build lasting patient relationships, perform pre-screening interviews, and recommend treatments such as glasses, contact lenses, and vision therapies, keeping up with the latest lens coatings and designs. This is a full-time opportunity with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry from a credentialed institution.
• Must have passed all optometric state boards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eye exams and eye health assessments.
• Establish long-term patient relationships through education.
• Take verbal history to determine health and ocular issues.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications.
• Provide treatments such as vision therapy or low-vision rehabilitation.
• Provide pre- and postoperative care after eye surgery.
• Promote eye health through patient counseling.
