Job summary

AEG Vision is seeking an optometrist to perform comprehensive eye exams for Acuity Eyecare Group and to practice to the full scope of their license. You will build lasting relationships, educate patients on eyecare, and support practice growth on-site in Colorado.

The role offers full-time employment with a base wage range of $150,000–$160,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) with match and vision plans.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry from a credentialed institution.
• Must have passed all optometric state boards.

Responsibilities

• Establish long term patient relationships through proper patient care and education.
• Performs eye exams and analyzes results.
• Prescribes eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications.
• Provide pre- and postoperative eye care for eye surgery patients.
• Promote eye health through patient counseling and education.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to staff for best lens options.
