Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with appropriate licensure.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including billing and coding.
• Knowledge of surgical care and practices pertaining to optometry.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Problem solving ability.
• Residency training is preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical care and practices pertaining to optometry.

Responsibilities

• Executes clinical protocols to provide high-quality optometric care.
• Collaborates with the MOD and store team to drive KPI results.
• Establishes a doctor/patient relationship and delivers excellent service.
• Maintains licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Advances patient care through technology and eye health education.
• Supports medical, referral, and pre/post-op care where applicable.
