The MedServ Group is seeking a licensed Optometrist to join our growing team serving patients in skilled nursing facilities. You will conduct eye exams, diagnose ocular conditions, and prescribe lenses or medications as needed, while providing pre- and post-operative care where appropriate.

Flexible scheduling is available with part-time compensation options. The role emphasizes compassionate care for the elderly and strong patient communication skills.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree and active state license.

Part Time Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per patient or 35%-40% of collections ($1050-$1250 per visit).

Optometrist Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive eye exams.
• Diagnosing and assisting in the treatment of ocular disease.

Optometrist Requirements

General Information

• 7-8 hours visiting patients plus paperwork.
• Schedule : Monday-Friday (typically 9:00AM-5:00PM). Flexible schedules also available.
• 22-25 patients per visit, preventative care
• Part Time Compensation : $40.00 -$45.00 per patient or 35%-40% of collections ($1050-$1250 per visit).
