Position Overview: The optometric technician plays a vital role in ensuring efficient patient flow by assisting the optometrist with pre-screenings and testing prior to examinations. This role helps deliver quality eye care and eyewear services, combining both into a seamless experience for patients. No prior optical experience or certification is required; training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain a professional environment.
• Perform preliminary tests and screenings such as visual field testing and retinal screenings.
• Explain examination procedures to patients and complete necessary paperwork.
• Review prescriptions and patient information, identifying any special needs.
• Maintain and ensure proper functioning of all testing equipment.
