Keplr-Vision-Group is seeking an Optometric Technician I to support the optometrist in patient care and to ensure a high-quality patient experience. You will screen patients, gather medical history, and coordinate scheduling while educating patients on insurance coverage and vision benefits.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and attention to detail, with flexibility to adapt to schedule changes. This is a full-time position in our clinic setting.

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients before examinations and administer diagnostic tests.
• Gather patient medical history and communicate with doctors and staff.
• Answer phone calls, greet patients, and schedule appointments.
• Educate patients on insurance coverage and vision benefits.
• Train patients on proper contact lens use and care.
• Post charges for exam fees, co-pays, and products sold.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and monitor patient flow in the office.
