Formación

• 1+ year of customer service experience; optometric experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to educate and connect with patients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced setting.

• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation of patient exams and procedures.
