Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks an Optometric Technician to support the Total Patient Experience. The role involves assisting in testing with optical equipment and preparing patients for eye exams under an Optometrist’s supervision.

The ideal candidate has medical office exposure, strong customer service, and reliability. Must be able to work in a fast-paced clinic, with flexibility for scheduling across locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience preferred; ophthalmic experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent.
• Favorable background check and proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support the Total Patient Experience by delivering great medical support.
• Comply with HIPAA and company policies while assisting clinicians.
• Operate ophthalmic testing equipment and prepare patients for exams.
• Assist with general office duties and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a positive, patient-focused atmosphere.
