For Your Eyes Only Optometry in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking an Optometric Technician I to support clinicians, perform pre-screening and post-exam follow-up, and ensure a smooth patient experience.

You will assist with diagnostic tests, patient histories, and patient education on vision benefits, contact lens training, insurance verification, and scheduling. Grow within a dynamic eyecare team with comprehensive training and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience; optometric experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to educate and connect with patients.

• Ensure smooth patient flow by coordinating appointments and managing office communications

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service (optometric experience preferred but not required!)
