Keplr Vision in Valdosta, GA is seeking an Optometric Technician I to assist the Optometrist in patient care, ensuring high-quality service and a flawless patient experience.
Under guidance of the location manager, responsibilities include pre-screening patients, gathering medical history, communicating with doctors and staff, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and educating patients on vision benefits.
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all patients are receiving the best quality of care at all times. The role is primarily responsible for assisting the Optometrist in patient care while demonstrating how we love eyes, care about the people behind them, and execute a flawless patient experience.
