Job summary

LensCrafters in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Associate Optometrist to lead patient care and deliver the brand promise through collaboration with the MOD, SMM and store team. You will perform clinical eye care, communicate clearly with patients, and help grow the practice while upholding the highest standards.

You will maintain state licensure, stay current with optometric technology, train teammates, and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry required and state licensure.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory & technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high-quality optometric care in partnership with the MOD, SMM and store team.
• Demonstrate commitment to exceed results through KPI management and accountability.
• Establish LensCrafters as the leading optical provider in the community.
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization and local market.
• Place patients first and deliver outstanding service.
• Explain eye exams and educate patients on eye health and wellbeing.
• Utilize technology to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
• Maintain office systems and state licensure; pursue Continuing Education.
