Pay Details:

Type: Part Time

Range: $15 - $18.54 per hour

The Role:

A Visionworks Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant is the face of our exam practice, ensuring a positive patient journey. This role involves knowledge of eye health, preliminary testing, optics, and our products/services, guiding patients through the initial steps of their eye care experience in a friendly and professional manner.

• Maintain accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing.
• Introduce patients to the OD and relay important patient information.
• Assist in transitioning patients from the doctor to the sales floor and support education on products and services.
• Support daily operations such as restocking, cleaning, and answering phones to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Customer or patient service experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
