Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an entry-level cost analyst to analyze costs and margins for new and existing options. You will maintain sales materials and support the Options team on various projects while pricing options and related tools used by designers, selections, and sales professionals.

This role relies on strong analytical skills and MS Office proficiency to interpret cost analytics, identify inaccuracies, and spot savings opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and current enrollment in university.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Some analyst experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret cost analytics to identify inaccuracies, trends, and saving opportunities.
• Demonstrated computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Analyze costs to ensure margin optimization for new and existing options
• Maintain all sales materials pertaining to options
• Support the Options team with fluctuating miscellaneous projects
• Price and maintain options and pricing tools supporting Designers, Selections, and Sales Professionals
• Use analytics to optimize margins
