Job summary

Perry Homes in Texas is offering an Options Analyst Intern role to price and maintain options and pricing tools, and to use analytics to optimize margins for Designers, Selections and Sales Professionals.

The position requires a High School diploma and current enrollment in a university, with 0–1 year of related experience; proficiency in MS Office is expected; and you will work a Monday–Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, with professional development and team-building opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and current enrollment in university required.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Some analyst experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret cost analytics to identify inaccuracies, trends, and saving opportunities.
• Demonstrated computer skills including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cost to ensure margin optimization for new and existing options.
• Maintain all sales materials pertaining to options.
• Support Options team with fluctuating miscellaneous projects.
