Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a pricing and data operations professional to manage complex price changes and service mappings within the global pricing lifecycle. You will ensure alignment with strategic goals, conduct data integrity audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address evolving business requirements.

The role requires 2–4 years in operations/data analysis, strong SQL and Excel skills, and the ability to convert data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in business operations and data analysis.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, logic functions, data validation.
• Experience handling large, complex datasets with high accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication for stakeholder dialogue.
• Ability to translate complex problems into structured project plans (preferred).
• Experience building repeatable processes for operational scalability (preferred).
• Experience with Cisco CCW or comparable pricing tools (preferred).
• Hands-on use of AI tools for data analysis and predictive modeling (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute complex price changes and service mappings across the global services pricing lifecycle.
• Ensure pricing and mapping systems are synchronized and aligned with strategic goals.
• Perform regular data integrity audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to address dynamic business requirements.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Support competitive benchmarking projects to inform broader pricing strategy.
• Develop and refine repeatable processes that improve pricing operations scalability.
• Maintain the accuracy and efficiency of global services pricing data.
