Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 luxury home builder, seeks a National Options Manager for our St. Johns, Florida office.

You will oversee option creation and setup across the company, ensuring compliance with national guidance and driving enterprise‑wide data utilization for informed product decisions. The role requires cross‑functional communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate architectural plans into actionable option strategies within a design‑center context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years experience in Residential Purchasing or Design Studio business.
• Functional working knowledge of EnterpriseOne (E1) purchasing applications.
• Solid understanding of home building process and components.
• Proficient understanding of architectural plans.
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• In-office 3 days per week; days vary by Division/Department.
• Preferred: HBSS familiarity and national manufacturer programs.

Responsibilities

• Implement national option and item strategies to support Sales Center and Design Studio selection process.
• Create and maintain National Option Master for options across Toll Divisions.
• Review and adjudicate new option requests ensuring alignment with national guidance.
• Communicate new option information to Division Options Managers and other functions.
• Foster program compliance and document guidance for end users.
