Job summary

Clarios offers a Summer 2027 hybrid internship in Milwaukee, supporting marketing, product development, and launch initiatives for the OPTIMA brand. You will collaborate across Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and agency teams to translate data and feedback into practical insights and drive campaign and product-launch activities.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus.
  • Interest in automotive, powersports, marine, off-road, performance, or enthusiast markets is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
  • Limited travel may be available for customer visits, events, product activities, or team meetings based on business needs.
  • Duration: Summer 2027. Up to 40 hours per week.
  • Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
