Job summary

Clarios invites a Summer 2027 Hybrid Internship in Milwaukee for students pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems Management or Data Analytics. You will support sourcing, contracting, and renewal activities for software, SaaS, IT services, and AI technology suppliers, while assisting with onboarding, requisitions, and invoice payment processes.

The role offers up to 40 hours per week with a hybrid arrangement, and candidates must be eligible to work in the US

How You Will Do It

• Analyze supplier proposals, pricing, contract terms, and licensing models to identify risks, savings opportunities, and commercial recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, track project milestones, and ensure timely completion of procurement deliverables.
• Maintain procurement records, contract documentation, supplier data, and reporting metrics using enterprise procurement and contract management systems.
• Apply strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality support to internal customers and suppliers.

What We Look For

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, and/or related field.
• Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
• Duration: Summer 2027. Up to 40 hours per week.
• Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
