Job summary

Clarios, LLC is offering a hybrid Learning & Development internship for fall 2026 through summer 2027. You will assist in designing, developing, and implementing training programs and events, including the Global Learning event, and help maintain the Global SharePoint site.

You will participate in evaluating programs, delivering materials, and providing administrative support. The role requires a current full‑time student in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full‑time student at a U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
• Duration: Fall 2026 through Summer 2027.
• Part‑time (minimum 10 hours) during the school year and around 40 hours per week in the summer.
• Hybrid internship with option to work in the office and remote work.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

What You Will Do

Gain hands‑on experience in the field of learning and development within a dynamic and supportive environment. Assist in the design, development, and implementation of various training programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee development including the team’s annual Global Learning event.

Contribute to on‑going maintenance of the Global SharePoint site.

Help with the evaluation and analysis of training programs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Assist in the creation, review and delivery of training materials including presentations, learning catalogues, and e-learning modules.

Provide administrative support, including maintaining training records and preparing reports.

Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops and events.

Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Collaborate with team members to research and develop innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
