Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing optical products or similar components.
• Working to ISO:9001 standards.
• Fabrication or machining experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Become integral to all processes related to VPH gratings manufacturing.
• Design and document processes including Standard Operating Procedures.
• Apply Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies.
• Refine and develop processes to optimize performance and yield.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Logan engineering team.
• Assist in maintaining process-related documentation and reports.
