Qualifications
Experience with manufacturing optical products or similar components.
Working to ISO:9001 standards.
Fabrication or machining experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Become integral to all processes related to VPH gratings manufacturing.
Design and document processes including Standard Operating Procedures.
Apply Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies.
Refine and develop processes to optimize performance and yield.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Logan engineering team.
Assist in maintaining process-related documentation and reports.
