Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and pilot production readiness.
• Establish production flow, routing steps, and labor estimates.
• Lead root cause analysis using lean tools (5-Why, 8D, Ishikawa).
• Implement corrective actions and monitor effectiveness.
• Develop, validate, and maintain work instructions and forms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Program Management).
