Job summary

Jenoptik, a global photonics leader, seeks a Head of Operations at our Jupiter, FL site to drive manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement. You will lead operations teams, define KPIs, and accelerate revenue growth while maintaining the highest quality and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or similar field.
At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations; and at least 5 years of manufacturing operations leadership.
Experience managing an operations business with revenues of at least $25 million annually.
Proven success with Lean/Six Sigma techniques or similar business systems.

Responsibilities

Direct the manufacturing operations, production, assembly, system testing, production planning, and supply chain management.
Develop annual and 5-year CAPEX plan in alignment with the technology roadmap and operation needs.
Lead and sponsor continuous improvement initiatives to constantly improve performance.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to create a high-achieving team.
Review operating results and implement plans for continuous improvement.
