Job summary

Perlman Center for Eye & Eyelids Surgery in Woodland, CA, seeks a versatile team player to support optical and reception duties in a small but busy practice.

Responsibilities include coordinating optical orders, dispensing knowledge, handling insurance, managing inventory, answering calls, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining attention to detail; bilingual applicants preferred; hours Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Versatile team player able to rotate between optical support and medical reception.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Knowledge of optical ordering/dispensing/insurance required or preferred.
• Experience with optical inventory and phone coordination.
• Excellent customer service with attention to detail.
• Available Monday–Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide optical support and assist with medical reception tasks.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate area.
• Maintain optical inventory and process orders/dispensing.
• Understand insurance processes related to optical services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with accuracy and care.
