Job summary

MACIAS FAMILY EYE CARE INC is seeking an Optician to join the team. You will speak with patients to learn eyewear needs, take facial measurements, and help them choose frames and lenses based on requirements and insurance coverage.

You will explain pricing and HIPAA regulations while maintaining excellent customer service. The role focuses on patient interaction, frame fitting, and collaboration with the ophthalmic lab to fulfill orders, with an emphasis on confidentiality and compliant

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking required.
• State license/optometry license with the state desired.
• Previous optometrist’s experience desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities
