• Excellent customer service and presentation are critical.
• 0-3 years of experience required.

• Optical experience is preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Review Physician’s prescriptions and orders based on medical charts.
• Educate patients on corrective lens options and help them choose according to medical needs and lifestyle.
• Provide honest but compassionate feedback about frame aesthetics.
• Achieve sales goals and quotas while attending to patients’ needs.
• Manage inventory of frames and contact lenses for variety and satisfaction.
• Communicate with physicians about prescriptions and eye-related issues.
• Perform adjustments and repairs of eyewear.
• Place optical orders with understanding of insurance benefits.
