Job summary

Clarity-Vision is currently hiring an Optician/Optical Sales Associate to assist patients in selecting eyewear, take precise measurements, and educate on lens options. The role involves processing orders, lab coordination, and maintaining excellent customer service in a team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed or certified Optician (preferred but not always required).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with optical software systems (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses based on prescriptions and lifestyle.
• Take accurate measurements (PD, segment height, frame adjustments).
• Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and care.
• Process eyewear orders and manage lab work.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments to frames.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
