Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct fittings and adjustments of eyeglasses and contact lenses for proper fit and comfort.
• Educate patients on lens options, care instructions, and the importance of regular eye examinations.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations using EMR systems such as Epic.
• Perform laboratory tasks related to eyewear production as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest optical technologies and trends in the industry.
