AEG Vision in the United States seeks an Optician to provide eyewear solutions and exceptional patient care. You will assist patients in selecting frames, lenses, and treatments, ensure proper fit, and dispense accurately while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include interpreting prescriptions, updating the EHR, handling orders, and educating patients on insurance coverage and care options. ABO/NCLE preferred but not required; High School diploma or GED required.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Sales experience in eyewear is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers extraordinary experience to each patient and explains recommendations.
• Assist patients in selecting frames, lenses, and treatments based on lifestyle and prescription.
• Ensure proper frame fit, measurements, and accurate lens dispensing.
• Enter prescription information into EHR and ALE systems and update patient charts.
• Communicate with technicians and managers about order status and issues.
