AEG Vision is hiring a Licensed Optician to provide expert eyewear solutions and outstanding patient care. You will guide patients through frame and lens options, measure for proper fit, and ensure accurate dispensing while staying current with product knowledge and insurance details.

You will enter prescriptions into the EHR/ALE system, communicate order status, and deliver an exceptional patient experience across the full service journey.

Formación

• State licensure required for optician practice.
• High School diploma or GED required; ABO/NCLE preferred but not required.
• Optical dispensing experience is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients in selecting eyewear and accessories based on prescription, lifestyle, and style.
• Take and verify measurements for proper frame fit and lens dispensing.
• Explain products and services and educate patients on care, warranties, and insurance coverage.
• Enter prescription details into the EHR/ALE system and track order status.
• Maintain knowledge of products, rebates, lens options, and coatings.
• Provide eyewear adjustments, repairs, and fittings to ensure comfort and accuracy.
