You will work across design, process, test, and supply chain to ensure successful production transitions and high yields. The role emphasizes strong collaboration, PFMEA, and factory readiness activities, with a focus on manufacturability and cost targets.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product engineering for high-volume production.
• Experience transitioning NPIs to high-volume production with OSAT/CM.
• Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) in optical engines and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to provide feedback on DFM and PFMEA.
• Partner with quality teams to execute optical-electrical testing and qualification processes.
• Work with design, marketing, supply chain, quality, OSATs and CMs to develop end-to-end manufacturing and test solutions.
• Lead alpha/beta/pilot stage yield improvement and manufacturing readiness.
