Cisco is seeking an Optical Operations Product Engineer to join the Maynard, MA team onsite. The role partners with design, process and test teams to drive manufacturability, qualification and launch readiness for high-volume optical transceiver products.

You will work closely with supply chain, quality and contract manufacturers to transition designs into production, optimize yields, and establish metrics for continuous improvement across the manufacturing line.

Qualifikationen

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of product engineering or development for high-volume production.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on DFM and PFMEA feedback.
• Partner with quality teams to execute optical-electrical testing and qualification processes.
• Work with design, marketing, supply chain, quality, OSATs and CMs to develop end-to-end manufacturing solutions.
• Improve alpha/beta/pilot stage build yield and manufacturing readiness.
