Nationwide Vision is looking for an Optical Technician in Tucson to provide world-class patient experiences and maximize retail sales. You will assist patients with eyewear selections, dispense prescriptions, and ensure accurate measurements.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and ideally some previous experience in a medical setting. A full benefits package, including paid time off and competitive pay, is part of the offer.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Ability to assist and educate patients on eyewear.
• Experience in a medical office preferred, ideally in ophthalmology.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care while maximizing retail sales.
• Dispense glasses and contacts as per prescriptions.
• Maintain frame inventory and cleanliness in the office.
