Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to join our team of in-house optical professionals. You will rely on your optical prowess, friendly demeanor, and product expertise to create exceptional customer experiences.

As a keyholder, you will open and close the store and support internal operations while leading the Optical team. Ideal candidates are energetic self-starters with 2+ years of supervision experience, licensed dispensing optician credentials, and a passion for eyewear.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or an ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years of experience including supervisor responsibilities.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective communication; able to explain prescription terminology to customers.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist customers to meet eyewear needs; take and record measurements; adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy; ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Lead store operations and staff; mentor Optical team; manage store systems and inventory; foster a positive culture.
