Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states requiring a license, or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear selection and fittings with precision.
• Take and record measurements and ensure prescriptions are accurate.
• Verify finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer specs.
• Lead and mentor Optical team; support Apprentice Program.
• Maintain store systems and inventory; assist with opening/closing as keyholder.
