Job summary

Visionworks in Warrington, PA is seeking an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the store in the absence of the General Manager and help drive profitability while ensuring a superior patient and customer journey.

You will coach associates, coordinate appointments, and guide the team to meet sales and service targets. HS diploma and 1–5 years of supervisory experience required for a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote store profitability and sales targets by leading the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Model the patient/customer journey and supervise exam lane and sales floor activities.
• Support GM in managing appointments, eyewear services, and patient needs coordination.
• Coach and motivate associates to deliver excellent service and performance.
• Use sound judgment to resolve issues in the patient/customer experience with GM support.
• Execute broad operations to meet store financial and customer experience goals.
