Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Optician ABO/Shopko OCE Certification within 12 months of hire/promotion.
• Leadership experience in optical or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical team to maximize sales, profit and customer service objectives.
• Hire, train and coach teammates; manage performance.
• Partner with Optometrist to drive patient care and business results.
• Ensure store compliance with HR policies and federal/state laws.
• Dispense eyewear according to professional standards.
