Job summary

For Eyes, an optical retailer and part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Store Manager for our Plymouth Meeting location. You will lead a team, drive sales through the Simple Sales Process, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

You'll recruit, coach, and develop associates, manage store operations, inventory, scheduling, and ensure loss prevention while meeting performance targets and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 3+ years as an optical associate or non-optical retail management.
• Strong understanding of store operations and business implications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and retail math.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer service through the Simple Sales Process.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
• Deliver feedback and coaching to staff.
• Lead staffing and scheduling according to guidelines.
• Analyze store financial data and drive profitability.
• Ensure inventory and loss prevention procedures.
