For Eyes, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a full-time Associate Optometrist to deliver high-quality eye care at our Plymouth Meeting location. You will work closely with the Store Manager and regional leaders to ensure exceptional patient experiences and strong performance on key metrics.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required and active license
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality optometric care following clinical protocols
• Lead in collaboration with Store Manager to achieve KPIs and brand standards
• Ensure patient safety, explain procedures and eyewear recommendations clearly
• Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements
• Provide training and guidance to team members as needed
• Foster positive culture and maximize patient service using available tools
