Eyeglass World is seeking an Optical Specialist to be the face of our in-store experience, delivering confident, personalized service from pre-exam support to final eyewear readiness and pickup.

Responsibilities include guiding eyewear selection, ensuring accurate fitting, and maintaining high quality across all finish and presentation standards. 1+ year in optical or retail and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service (Required).
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills (Required).
• Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively (Required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education
• Assist with patient flow and pre exam screenings to support Optometrists
• Perform finishing work including final adjustments, inspections and quality checks
