Eyeglass World, part of National Vision, is seeking a customer-facing Optical Specialist to enhance the in-store experience. You will assist customers with eyewear selection, perform final fittings, and ensure a seamless journey from pre-exam support to pickup while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes confident service, attention to detail, and a team-based approach to deliver high-quality glasses and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service required.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience through warm, confident service at every stage of the visit.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education.
• Ensure customers leave with confidence in their eyewear and the service they received.
• Support patient flow and in-store operations to keep exam, finish, and pickup smooth.
• Perform finishing work and quality checks to meet Eyeglass World standards.
