Job summary

Optotune Switzerland AG, based in Zurich, develops adaptive optical elements for industrial and consumer markets. We are seeking a Sales Manager for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) to strengthen existing relationships and acquire new business.

You will provide feedback to product management, manage local sales partners and support marketing activities including trade shows. Fluency in English and German is required; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• MSc or equivalent technical background required.
• 3–7 years in technical sales, preferably in optics.
• Direct experience in the DACH region is required.
• Market knowledge in medical, microscopy, semiconductor, laser processing or vision applications.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and German; other European languages advantageous.
