The Veterans Canteen Service (VCS) seeks a Supervisory Health Tech (Opticians) to supervise operations at the Optical Shop in Palo Alto, CA. You will coordinate optical operations and act as a liaison between VCS, eye clinic providers, and prosthetics teams.

The role requires one year of specialized experience, strong computer skills (MS Office), and the ability to review prescriptions and verify lens measurements and placements for quality and compliance.

Formación

• Must have at least one year of specialized experience performing duties of this position.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office and other software used by the Optical Contractor and VA.
• Ability to review prescriptions and ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Coordinate optical operations within the VCS Optical Shop at Palo Alto.
• Serve as liaison between VCS, eye clinic providers and prosthetics teams.
