Job summary

Eyeglass World is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate - Optical Specialist to join our in-store team in Phoenix. You will provide confident service, assist customers with eyewear selection, and ensure accurate finish and pickup of orders.

You’ll support the optical workflow from pre-exam support to fitting and delivery, aiming for a seamless, on-brand experience. Requirements include a High School Diploma and 1+ year in retail or customer service; strong communication and multitasking skills are

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service (Required)
Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills (Required)
Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively (Required)

Responsibilities

Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit
Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education
Ensure customers leave feeling confident in both their eyewear and their experience
Assist with patient flow and pre exam screenings to support Optometrists
Perform finishing work including final adjustments, inspections and quality checks
Prepare orders for pickup and deliver polished, brand aligned handoff
