National Vision is seeking a part-time Optical Specialist (Sales Associate) for Eyeglass World in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on delivering a premium in-store experience, assisting customers with eyewear selection, fittings, and pickup while supporting optometrists and the finish process.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in optical, retail, sales, or customer service, and can communicate in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales or customer service is required.
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills are required.
• Clear communication and ability to educate customers effectively is required.
• Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education.
• Ensure customers leave confident in their eyewear and experience.
• Assist with patient flow and pre-exam screenings to support Optometrists.
• Perform finishing work including final adjustments, inspections and quality checks.
